Single Member LLCs - Pros and Cons

by Richard Chapo

The LLC is touted as a great business entity for small businesses. This is particularly true for single member LLCs. If you are considering forming one of these entities, it is important to realize there are pros and cons that need to be taken into account.

What is a single member LLC? A person that has an ownership interest in an LLC is called a “member” instead of a “shareholder” is as the case with corporations. As a result, a single member LLC is a limited liability company that is owned by one person instead of multiple parties. This may sound insignificant, but it actually is very important. Internet Marketing and Direct Sales, The Perfect Combination

by Rohan Rossouw

Most entrepreneurs like to get involved with direct sales companies because of the highly rewarding compensation plans. Most also dislike to sell the products to friends and family, also known as personal sales. What if you can combine Internet marketing with direct sales?

“Courage & Motivation” Two small Ingredients in Entrepreneur Success.

Most entrepreneurs have been involved in many different opportunities over the course of their business life.  After years of chasing the American Dream I have learned many things through my journeys.  That’s one of the highlights to being an entrepreneur I guess.  No matter, success or failure you do receive an education for your time and investment. This also stands true for me too. Some businesses have been successful but short lived, other have come and gone without any type of ROI.  Either way I learned from each one of them.  I was able to keep myself from making the same mistakes again and was able to implement strong and successful strategies that worked once before.  With every business opportunity I took advantage of in my life, my passion for financial freedom became more and more intense.  I became more successful, my business mind became more sharp and my planning and thinking became more organized.  I was able to spot hurdles a mile away and keep myself from being restricted and pulled away from the light of my success.  This is the life of an entrepreneur I thought.  Making way and clearing paths to get to the top.
